I recently downloaded a digital book from the Kobo store. It took forever to do the process, and when it was done I got the book. But I lost the 10 that I already had on my reader. I have contacted Kobo 4 times but they won’t help me get my books back. Nor will they compensate me. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So anyone out there, if you’re looking for a reputable and fair ebook store, don’t deal with Kobo!
